Hallo,
It's Dextolen, back after many years!
I want to run a campaign celebrating 10 year anniversary of my discovery of DS for my friends and am hoping to find either official or fanwerk details of Free Lands areas not listed in the rulebook. Villages, caves, etc. I own the Caerabox and all adventures published. Has any fan done additional work?

Hey Kelly, glad you're back.
Maybe you want to have a look at The Halls Of Barcamar (http://www.dungeonslayers.net/2019/10/14/die-hallen-von-barcamar/)? It's an adventure path I was lucky enough to play and test pre-release with its creator Flost888. It's not exactly Free Lands since it's story happens to take place underground and the actual entry is located at the border to Shan'Zasar. But maybe you want to give it a look nonetheless. :)
Otherwise no additional official content has been released that I am aware of. But maybe the Fanzine Slay! has something you might look for. Or have a look at the slayers pit, if some of the recent adventure additions sound like something to your liking. :)

Welcome back. Somewhere there was some information on Sturmklippe as far as i remember. Here in the Board. And there is new information on gorma and the kronenmark. But that is not really freie Lande.
