A directory of quality role-playing games that are available (legally) for free online. These RPGs would be particularly good for a program at a library that is on a tight budget.
Unless otherwise indicated, all materials are in PDF format. You will need to create a hardcopy, or have a computer, laptop, or PDF reader handy to get optimal use out of them.
